How we handle documents
- Customer documents are processed only for extraction, verification, and reporting.
- Customer documents are not used for model training by default.
- We do not sell customer data.
- Unsupported or low-confidence files are flagged for review.
- Files can be deleted after processing according to the selected workflow.
- GrassLedger is not a generic AI chat tool. It uses controlled extraction, reconciliation logic, and review reporting workflows.
- GrassLedger does not make lending decisions, legal decisions, or fraud determinations.
